eating 200 calories a day
it’s fucking hard mannggg.

i was on a constant diet 7th-8th grade (diet is the nice way of saying it), so take this from me:
if you eat 200 calories a day, you will lose a lot of water weight really fast, and end up feeling like shit after a while. as soon as you stop you will gain all the water weight back and end up pretty much where you started. try like, 1200 calories a day + exercise and you will get results and they will last longer. not like you have to diet at all, but if you REALLY want to, that’s the better way to do it.
plus 200 calories a day is pretty much anorexia. don’t get into any bad habits like that because they are extremely hard to get out of.
